Overview
High skilled Manufacturing Engineer responsible for implementing new projects introduction and leadership, Process Design, Equipment specification development, Suppliers follow up, coordinating installation equipment, Machines set up & delivery to mass production with productivity, safety and ergonomics. Ability to handle multiple projects to meet deadlines.Strong collaboration as a core team with PR, Maintenance, Quality, and all areas due to the role of engineering as project leaders.Experience with Design and implementation in final assembly Process automation. Work as a member of a group to ensure that work is complete and to customer requirements, delivery dates and cost.Job Responsibilities:
Process design for Manual and Auto lines for new products, process flow, seconds per piece, layout, equipment spec requirement and manpower configuration.Prepare & update process documentation: Flow Chart, Process control sheet, PFMEA.Equipment set up with process window definition, CPK, GR&R, MSA.Process Engineer responsible for manufacturing processes: Vision Systems, Automation & Manual assembly lines, Traceability Systems, Leak Test & Functional Inspection.Work with process engineers in the support of existing products as well as contributing to the production requirements in the process Improvements related to manufacturing KPIs: Operation Ratio, manpower rationalization, Muda Reduction, Customer Quality & Cycle Time using systematic problem-solving methods as cause-effect analysis, PDCA, or Six Sigma.Interact with development engineers in the design and introduction of new processes/ equipment/Pokayokes according to process specifications.Prepare & Present Project Justification for Executive Approval, Considering Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery Provide Input for Dept. KPI's/G&O's and Budget PlanningRequirements:
Bachelor in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related. 2 or more years of experience in Final assembly automated process Knowledge in Core Tools, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Microsoft Project. Equipment spec developmentNew projects implementationEngineering documents (PFMEA, Process Control Sheet, PFC, Sec Per Piece, Layout)Negotiation skills (Suppliers and other team members), analytical, proactive, team worker. Highly Motivated & Technically Competent Innovative Problem Solver Good Communication Skills Interpretation of engineering drawings.Analytical, proactive, team worker. Preference with previous experience in automotive industry and/or engineering areas.Willing to work on weekend and long working hours if required.Additional Information

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00
