Job Description Insight Global's client is looking for a Process Engineer to oversee the process performance for Polymerization efforts at a manufacturing facility. They will monitor KPIs, design process improvements, and oversee implementation projects alongside their team to effectively reach goals in the areas of Safety, Quality, Cost, Productivity, and Reliability. Help ensure that the plant Polymerization department follows all safety rules and regulations. Work to minimize safety and environmental incidents in the department by auditing, capturing procedures/best practices, and maintaining a team culture of prioritizing safety. Responsible for managing Six Sigma projects for the Department. Work with Corporate Engineering on capital projects.
