Process Engineer
Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in process engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. This role involves providing technical support, optimizing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for process-related issues. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations and standards, including FDA requirements. Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to drive operational excellence. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze process data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to implement process improvements. Project Management: Manage and execute engineering projects from conception through implementation. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical or animal health industry. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in process simulation software, and excellent communication abilities. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of process engineering principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Specific Experience: Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), and FDA compliance.
