Process Engineer

The Mechanical Process Engineer will contribute to increased operational efficiency by acting as the liaison between various manufacturing departments, delivering facility and equipment design recommendations, and providing solutions for manufacturing that impact productivity, safety, quality, and cost. This position requires a wide range of knowledge in manufacturing and production processing and will report directly to the Director of Engineering & Quality. •\tDevelop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.•\tEnsure the effective implementation of process design practices to meet internal and customer needs, from inception to start-up and validation.•\tEstablish productive working relationships with manufacturing and maintenance personnel to foster free flow of ideas.•\tPlan and implement project schedules in a timely, effective manner.•\tJustify, budget, and track Capital Expenditure projects.•\tAssess processes, takes measurements, and interprets complex data.•\tCreate and maintain process documentation and operating instructions.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00
