Job Title: Process Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Process Engineer responsible for the process design, operation, and implementation of manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will improve manufacturing processes to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability, and maximize profitability.

ResponsibilitiesCreate, configure, and optimize manufacturing processes from inception through to startup and certification.Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data.Participate with customers and suppliers in new product introductions to ensure specifications are fulfilled.Support any in-process issues.Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.Provide process documentation and operating instructions.Drive continuous improvements, increasing productivity and cost savings within existing processes.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsPreferred 3-5 years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering.Excellent technical skills with GD&T experience.Knowledge of process-related standards.Working knowledge of manufacturing and inspection processes.3-5 years’ CAD/CAM experience preferred.Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.Excellent computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree /Associate degree or higher in related field preferred.Work Environment

This role involves working in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process optimization. The work includes collaborating with customers and suppliers, performing data assessments, and providing process documentation. The candidate must be able to handle multiple deadlines and work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering high-quality customer service.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $90000.00

: As an employee of Kinetic Engine Systems – Tell Tool, you will be eligible to
participate in the benefits programs that are provided from time to time by the Company. This
generally includes medical/dental/vision/life/AD&D/LTD insurance which you will be eligible to
participate in on the first of the month following date of hire. You will be eligible to participate in
the 401(k) program on the first day of the month following sixty (60) days of continuous
employment.
