Process Engineer
To strengthen its team and support the strong growth of its European Distribution Center, SKECHERS EDC is looking for a Process Engineer.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Process Engineer, you are responsible for improving the overall efficiency of the Distribution Center. You will analyze processes, develop new tools, manage and participate in various projects.

Your main mission is to implement and monitor various projects in close collaboration with cross-functional teams in the field, both in support and operations. You adopt a structured and meticulous approach to project management, ensuring rigorous follow-up of action plans and effective planning. You also communicate clearly with the management team.

You analyze all the different systems (Pyramid, Beumer, Knapp, PKMS) present in our Warehouse and understand the functionalities of each. You then create functional descriptions and detailed procedures for these different flows, with a view to proposing changes where necessary.

In addition, you will be a driving force and actively participate in the continuous improvement of the distribution center's efficiency. You develop improvement methodologies and use industrial engineering techniques to optimize process and information flows.

Finally, you will also develop dashboards and productivity tools to improve the day-to-day management of operations. This will include analyzing results, space planning as well as developing warehouse layout and logistics plans.

PROFILE REQUIRED :

You have a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent;

You have at least 2 years' experience in an industrial and/or automated environment; experience in a distribution and logistics center would be an asset;

You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in terms of flows and processes (Warehouse Management);

You are creative and enjoy developing new tools;

You are familiar with WMS, ERP and Power BI systems; knowledge of Autocad is an asset;

You are able to work in English (minimum C1) and French (minimum B1-B2);

You are solution and results-oriented, and communicate effectively with your various contacts;

You are organized, rigorous and able to manage projects from conceptualization to implementation in the field;

You have a positive attitude and a good team spirit.
