Under the leadership of the Operations Support Manager Optical Inspection, the Process Engineer is responsible for working closely with several functions on site and globally, like Operations, Engineering, Quality Assurance, MSAT, Planning, or Business Excellence. This exciting role establishes and standardizes processes to increase performance and quality. The Process Engineer will apply a strong end-to-end focus to ensure safety, the right quality, right first-time production through improving reliability and speed as well as cost optimization initiatives. For goal achievement, data-driven decision-making and strong alignment among different teams and influencing different levels of people are key.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the identification and realization of continuous improvement and value stream optimization opportunities through lean and six sigma methodologies
Lead projects related to lean material flow and operational efficiency
Support and enhance the OEE review Governance
Collaborate closely with the Digital Technology team to deliver effective ways of collecting, visualizing and analyzing relevant data for process improvements and problem solving
