**Process Engineer** Process Engineer for Tucson, AZ to facilitate mechanical system improvements for greenhouse production site; propose & conduct continuous improvement initiatives for mechanical systems using lean methodologies; conduct process mapping with stakeholders to identify areas for efficiency & system improvement; investigate system & equipment performance issues; collaborate with teams to develop KPIs for performance improvement decision-making; coach site employees on use of lean methodologies to improve production reliability; create & maintain engineering documents and standard operating procedures for mechanical systems.
