SRCTec, LLC is currently seeking an Industrial Engineer for a Process Engineering position. The selected candidate will support the sustainment and continued development of manufacturing assembly and test process improvements and of our continuous improvement initiatives.What You’ll DoContinuously optimize manufacturing assembly and test labor and processes using methods such as process mapping, time studies, capacity and utilization studiesAssist with design and implementation of manufacturing floor layouts using methodologies such as flow, visual control, kanban, and kittingImplement continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, visual management, leadership standard work, and structured problem solvingDevelop strong working relationships with manufacturing and support staff personnelLead and participate in cross-functional teamsPresent project status to management on periodic basisWhat You’ll BringEducation: Bachelor’s degree in an industrial engineering or related technical field such as mechanical, manufacturing, qualityExperience: Minimum of two years related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceMust be self-motivated and able to keep track of multiple activities at any given timeMust possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels within the organizationMust have training or willing to be trained in Lean and problem-solving methodologiesExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio are essential for this position Ways to Stand Out – Preferred RequirementsExperience with engineering or manufacturing environments is desiredWhat Sets Us Apart?
