• Analysis of assembly requirements: optical sensors, automation, jigs, etc..
• Designing Solutions and equipment validation : workstation, vision, screwdriver, jigs, etc..
• Process improvement: Line Balancing, Test Sequence, Ergonomic, etc..
• Lead CI project: FTT improvement, Cycle Time, and Breakdown equipment.
• Participate on the workflow definition: MES, Cimple, QlikView, etc..
• Guarantee the quality of deliverables respecting customer specifications in serial production: MPS,
• Review layout production.
• Supervising dashboard KPI’s indicators and action plan.
• Submission technical intervention and enrolling Coswin DTC.
• Impact study for Customer specific requirement and GPMP instruction for change / introduction of new part.
• Lead runs validation after external / internal modification.
• Participate and elaborate a P-FMEA with a team
• Train maintenance engineers for the new or updated document / Equipment / Lines.

Environment: Ensure compliance with all environmental guidelines within the department.
