Your mission, roles and responsibilities

As well as :
o    Interactuar con el ingeniero de producto (R&D) para el seguimiento de la concepción del producto: desde la fase de adquisición hasta el SOP (+ 6 meses) siempre que sea necesario
o    Asegurar el cumplimento de los requisitos de los sistemas implementados IATF 16949, ISO 14001. ISO 45001 y CT-PAT de acuerdo a procesos de Ingenieria.
o    Garantizar la dotación de personal, la formación y el desarrollo adecuados de los miembros del equipo.
o    Asegurar y facilitar el cumplimiento de los controles aplicables de los sistemas de gestión de Medio Ambiente y Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional dentro de su área de responsabilidad.
o    Participar con las lecciones aprendidas en la definición de  especificaciones del equipo/herramentales de producción/nuevos productos
o    Administrar y actualización de diagramas de flujo del proceso para producción en serie/cambios de Ingeniería.
o    Crear  del MFg BOM para Cambios de Ingeniería.
o    Liberar y actualizar el diseño de la planta de líneas o cambios de ingeniería 
o    Desarrollo y evolución de Layout  acorde a reglas de Hosin y (Reglas de oro para plantas techno
o    Apoyar en definición  de Shop stock, WIP , flujos de proceso, etc) en la evolución de planta
o    Direccionar  apoyo de expertos en tecnología o funciones de soporte relevantes
Seguimiento y validación en el desarrollo de  equipos y herramentales  de producción
 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level 

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in production or mechanical engineeringEnglish level Advance

Professional Experience 

At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the auto industry

Skills and competencies
