CSCS TXESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability for center operationsAnalyze current processes, identify areas for optimization, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvementCollaborate cross-functionally with strategic accounts, IT, procurement, training and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of process enhancementsDemonstrated ability to persuade others to change existing processes and practicesDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure operational consistencyDesign, run, test, and upgrade systems, tools, and processes.Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-based decision-making across entire center portfolioProvide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actionsLead or support capital projects related to process improvements, equipment upgrades, and capacity expansionComprehends applicable health and safety requirements and regulationsPerform other duties to meet the needs of the business.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of process design methods, tools and softwareStrong sense of owning the recommendation and implementation Excellent structured problem solving skill including documentation of complex data sets for actionable trendsAbility to determine course of action based on guidelines and to modify processes and methods as neededHigh level of professionalism and interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate in an articulate, professional manner and to tailor content to the audience.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standardsExcellent customer service skills with internal and external customersStrong computer skills in Microsoft OfficeEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience to gain the knowledge skills and experience required for the role2-5 years of experience evaluating, optimizing and designing processesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Handling of average weight objects up to 15 pounds; occasional standing or walking; frequently at a keyboard, workstation, or desk.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks. Occasionally will work in a shop environment with exposure to fumes, airborne particles, caustic chemicals, moderate noise, and temperature fluctuations.
