About the role..
Kerry is the world's leading taste and nutrition company for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries and we are hiring a Process Engineer to support our manufacturing facility in Rome, GA. The Process Engineer is fundamental to our team. You will develop and execute processes to improve safety, quality and productivity and optimize/modernize our manufacturing operations while facilitating continuous improvement.
We will trust you to..
+ Analyze and evaluate project designs and ensure compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and HSE standards as well as to drive continuous improvement of existing processes.
+ Develop processes and specifications to support the manufacturing of new products or to improve existing product lines and improve or modernize operations.
+ Assist in troubleshooting the production process to eliminate production losses and down time due to contamination, equipment malfunction and human error.
+ Oversee all phases of assigned projects from inception to final operation.
+ Facilitate continuous improvement events resulting in employee skill and knowledge development and KPI performance improvements.
We ask that you have..
+ BS/MS in Engineering, Business or Food Science
+ 5+ Years in a process engineer or improvement role with prior experience and demonstrated proficiency leading events utilizing established process improvement methodologies.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Demonstrated experience in team leadership and development and motivating, coaching & influencing others.
+ HACCP/food safety, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

The typical hiring range for this role is $91,500 to $137,000 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
