Summary: Seeking a Process Engineer with expertise in plastic extrusion, tooling design, and process development to enhance quality, material usage, and productivity.

Requirements:

BS in Engineering 3-5 years of experience in plastic manufacturing Proficient in AutoCAD and CAD/CAM software Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience with different plastic resins and processing Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills:

Plastic extrusion die design experience

Responsibilities:

Design tooling and develop processes for mono/co-extrusion plastic profiles Lead new tooling development projects ensuring timely delivery Collaborate with production, QC, maintenance teams for process development Oversee tool making activities ensuring compliance with design standards Troubleshoot daily process difficulties and support production needs Coordinate procurement needs for the machine shop Plan and conduct tool development trials

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
