A Process Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining industrial processes and systems. They ensure production efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality, while adhering to safety and environmental standards. Process Engineers collaborate across teams (specifically between Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering) to improve manufacturing operations and troubleshoot issues.

Schedule: Mon- Fri, 8 to 5, flexibility to work off shift hours as needed

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $73,000 to $124,000 annual with additional bonus potential.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.Analyze workflows and systems to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.Support and measure adherence to continuous improvement systems (specifically Centerline, Clean Inspect Lubricate, Planned Maintenance, and Training).Lead and participate in process improvement projects.Monitor process performance using data and KPIs.Conduct statistical analyses to ensure processes meet specifications and quality standards.Trained to understand the mechanics of the production line machines to design and/or optimize line efficiency.Ability to assist troubleshooting efforts experienced on production lines-offer short-and long-term solutions.The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list of all tasks. Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.2 – 3 years of experience in an Engineering role or related discipline.Experience in a food manufacturing environment (consumer-focused industry)Understanding of safety and environmental standards.Self-motivated, hands-on individual with keen interest in quickly learning and applying new skills who can follow written/verbal instructions and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and other continuous improvement methodologies.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving KPIs.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.EEO Statement:
