Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.2+ years of industry experience with a solid command of manufacturing processes, including powder coating, machining, fabricating, and automation.Experience in aluminum extrusion is preferred, but other forms of extrusion will be considered.Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement objectives.Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally with production and operators to ensure timely completion and within budget results for end customers.Work Environment
You will work directly with the GM, Process Engineers, and the Plant Manager as well as the general production workers. Most of your time will be spent out in the plant. This is not a climate-controlled environment, but it is very clean despite some dust from the aluminum extrusion process.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
