Process Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Process Engineer with expertise in production module operations, equipment maintenance, and process flow management.

Requirements:

Experience in CNC space, ISO classified rooms, and grey space. Knowledge of production flow through various production areas. Basic understanding of PLC and distributed control systems, HMI's, and data historians.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with upstream equipment such as incubators, bioreactors, centrifuges, pasteurizers. Familiarity with downstream equipment including chromatography columns, viral inactivation systems, ultrafiltration, diafiltration, freeze/thaw processes. Understanding of cleaning and sterilization strategies for process vessels and transfer lines.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain process equipment across different production areas. Ensure efficient production flow through all stages of the manufacturing process.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $46.00 per hour
