We are seeking a talented and motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Processing Engineer will be responsible for optimizing and overseeing metal improvement processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. This role involves working closely with production teams, conducting process evaluations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, analyze, and optimize metal improvement processes, including anodizing, painting, non-destructive testing (NDT), chem film, dry lube, hardware assembly, pressure test, shot peening etc.Monitor process parameters to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with specifications.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase throughput.Collaborate with production and quality teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures for process deviations.Assist in the development of new processes and technologies to improve product performance and manufacturing capabilities. Support production to meet organizational goals.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, conduct process audits, and implement preventive measures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control plans, inspection procedures, and statistical process control (SPC) methods.Prepare and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Train and mentor production personnel on process best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.Stay up to date with advancements in metal improvement technologies and recommend the adoption of innovative solutions.Other Duties as assigned.Education and Experience:
