(https://www.xerox.com/en-us/jobs/diversity) **Position Objective:** + Provide process engineering support to resin production operations. Participate in the day-to-day plant management activities. Assure production schedule delivery and other plant performance metrics. Lead process improvement/productivity projects. **Xerox offers additional compensation for the hours worked during these time periods as a shift differential:** + Second Shift Pay Differential: +10% of hourly pay + Third Shift Pay Differential: +12% of hourly pay. **Essential Functions:** + Provide process engineering support. Supervise Bargaining Unit industrial workforce personnel including Operations and Maintenance. Troubleshoot polymer manufacturing equipment, control systems, and processes. Support productivity projects. + Shift rotation required. + Must be willing to work overtime. + Must be physically capable to meet all OSHA required medical clearance exams including the ability to wear a respirator. + Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software programs. Experience with PLC, Variable Frequency Drive, SCADA and electro-mechanical applications are preferred. + Must have good communication skills, written and oral. + Good interpersonal skills. **Qualifications:** + B.S. Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Understanding of polymer chemistry, process control methods and equipment.
