Responsibilities:

Perform programming for CNC milling machines. Analyse the design and define the best sequence for machining steps. Analyse technical drawings and ensure programming operations are optimised to achieve best possible productivity. Lead new products introduction (NPI) and optimise manufacturing process to define best sequence of machining steps. Develop and set tooling selection and fixture design. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with specifications or machines. Perform process improvements to increase the overall capacity and turnaround time. Perform budgetary costing analysis. Analyse and set router sequence to achieve the best possible quality and efficiency. Support any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

O Level, NITEC or ITE Certificate or equivalent Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in precision engineering Knowledge of CAM software (Gibbs Cam, Master Cam) is a must Proven working knowledge in CNC milling machines Able to read and interpret technical drawings Team player who is able to work independently and under pressure Good interpersonal communication skills Self-motivated, meticulous and able to multi-task to meet deadlines
