Salary Exempt (United States of America)\n\nThe Process Engineer will lead the planning and implementation of new production lines, coordinate with project managers to ensure appropriate platforms and processes are selected for new products, and will diagnose, troubleshoot, & solve production process issues.\n\nExecute projects identified in conjunction with the leadership team on time and within budgetUnderstand engineering principlesPerform equipment risk assessments to identify potential equipment failure and resolve prior to failureEvaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvementMaximize equipment efficiencyDesign and test process upgrades and new process systemsEstablish project plans, tasks, resources, and ownership to ensure timelines are met.Manage internal and external projects which may extend to suppliers and contract Manufacturers.Coordinate internal and external resources for the planning and execution of projectsProvide timely status reports and program summaries including scope/schedule/quality risks, project status, resource allocation and customer impactAssures customer delivery and quality is not impacted by project executionInterface with team to establish project plans which will insure a smooth introduction into ManufacturingCreate and document new processes as required.Ensures effective PM process is in place to eliminate unplanned equipment downtimeProvide technical support and training to maintenance team as neededAccountable for improving equipment availability and for the advancement of preventative and predictive maintenance programs as well as the achievement of plant reliability excellence\n\n

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable work experienceAdvanced technical skillsAnalytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to manage projects\n\n

Targeted Pay Range:

$81,900.00 - $101,200.00\n\n
