Process Engineer Injection Molding

Responsibilities
• Development process and product from plastics material.
• Analyze and solve production results (molds, machines like injection molding machine, thermoforming, cutting & pumping machines, etc.)
• Analyze and solve quality and production problems.
• Optimize production parameters (efficiency, cycle times, scrap rate..)
• Look for opportunities to improve productivity with less process scrap.
• Responsible for cost reduction projects.
• Reports working situation and irregularities to the Sr. Process Engineer (if any).
• Report defects and deviations within the department.
• Create good working environment or teamwork among the processing personnel.
• Follow orders that may assign from time to time by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications
• Bachelors in engineering of Mechanical, Electrical, Plastic, Polymer, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing.
• To be hard-working and initiative attitude.
• Have Leadership skills, Problem solving skills, Coaching skills, and Team player.
• Able to communicate in English & Thai

Normal working day
• Monday to Saturday at 08.00 – 17.00 (6 days/week)
• Able to work in shift Pattern. (day/night)

Loading mold, setting machines, find out proper parameters and troubleshooting.

Run all the mold and machine efficiently and manage good cycle time. Training the process technicians.
