Potential Projects:

Opportunity to work on safety, quality, and operations focused projects. Improving equipment reliability Maintaining safe manufacturing systems while improving OEE Identifying and delivering innovative process improvement solutions \n Equipment analysis Attention to Detail Excel/Spreadsheet Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel (or Google Sheets) Familiarity with managing and organizing information in databases Ability to create clear and visually appealing presentations or reports Strong communication skills, including business emails and technical writing

Preferred majors:

Rising Juniors or Seniors; industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering focus preferred.

\n Hands-on experience working with and learning from cross functional leadership Exposure to a multi-billion dollar, fast-paced manufacturing company that places an emphasis on sustainability initiatives Develop key skills through Intern Events focused on your growth and development – focus on networking, resume writing/interview preparation, and guidance on creating and delivering presentations This is a paid internship
