What will you do with us?

Provide support in monitoring and improving the operational results of the beer filling plant through daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs Improve energy and utility consumption results (electricity, water, steam) and lead initiatives to enhance operational processes Monitor and control technological processes and product quality throughout all filling stages, ensuring compliance with standards Develop and implement reports, systems, and processes to increase efficiency, quality, and performance Analyze existing processes, participate in problem identification, create improvement plans, implement changes, and oversee new processes Lead, coordinate, and assist in implementing investment projects Propose investment initiatives for capacity expansion, optimization, and automation Collaborate with other departments to coordinate plant maintenance and support the introduction of new equipment Create P&ID diagrams, technical schemes, and related technical documentation Actively participate in operator training and the introduction of new work standards and procedures to achieve department KPIs Participate in organizing plant operations

 

This job is for you if you:

Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or technological field Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in production processes Are fluent in English Are proficient in computer usage Have strong presentation and analytical skills Are willing to collaborate and work in a team
