Expertise of machining process engineer who have the capability to create and maintain the stable process, continuous improvement the manufacturing quality and sustain cost reduction projects.
Job Responsibilities• As manufacture representitive, work with cross function to support production, efficiency and cost reduction activities.
• Response CNC machine center process enhancement. Include NC programming, cutting tool selection and development base on drawing change or product development.
• Response for machining quality issue analysis and recorrective action development.
• Cost down relate to machining CT reduction, cutting tool resourcing or type change.
• Response for new Product machining process development.
• Responsible for process document update, such as flow chart, WI, CP, SOP
• Operator training
• OEE improvement action execution.
• Mechanical engineering background, Bachelor's degree or above.
• 7+ years working experience on mechanical or relate industry.
• Experience on DMG Mori or Haller machine center is preferred.
• Experience on Housing or cylinder block machining and honing process is preferred.
• Experience on both Iron and Al material machining is preferred.
• Experience in a Lean manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Skills on cutting tool selection, NC programming knowledge are preferred.
• Skills on quality tooling, PFMEA/control plan/8D/6 sigma/CAD/simulation knowledge are preferred.
• CET-4 English level, with fluent speaking and listening skills.
