Process Engineer Manager

Visión general del rol y responsabilidades

Estamos buscando un Jefe de Procesos para unirse al equipo. Con sede en la planta La Rosa ubicada en Mataderos, CABA.

La persona que ocupe la posición será responsable de responder por el desarrollo y realización de estudios de métodos, procesos, organización, movimientos para racionalización y optimización de fabricación y proyectos de ingeniería.

Principales responsabilidades

•             Desarrollar y realizar estudios de métodos, organización y procesos de fabricación y/o proyectos de ingeniería, analizando programas de producción, carga de trabajo entre otras variables, conforme orientaciones y directrices establecidas.

•             Realizar estudios detallados de racionalización y optimización de los procesos productivos, siguiendo el desarrollo y la aplicación de nuevas adaptaciones de metodologías, tecnologías, operaciones productivas y tareas.

•             Controlar y analizar el desempeño de los procesos industriales realizando mediciones, balances y pruebas con el objetivo de mejorar la performance de los equipos y aumentando la productividad y adaptación de los profesionales, conforme directrices, seguridad en el trabajo y medio ambiente.

•             Participar en el desarrollo de nuevos productos y técnicas operativas que sean importantes en la optimización de los costos y eficiencia de los equipos.

•             Seguir y subsidiar técnicamente proyectos y pruebas con nuevos equipos, procesos, operaciones, materias primas y auxiliares.

•             Recomendar cambios en la organización y en los métodos de trabajo, en el empleo de máquinas y simplificación de fases operativas, con el fin de reducir costos de producción y optimizar las diferentes etapas del proceso.

¿A quién buscamos?

•             Título Ingeniería Industrial o afines.

•             Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en procesos productivos, características de los productos, materias primas, tecnologías en equipos y maquinarias.

•             Nivel avanzado de inglés

Team overview and job responsibilities

We are looking for a Process Manager to join the team. Based in La Rosa plant located in Mataderos, CABA.

The person occupying the position will be responsible for the development and execution of studies of methods, processes, organization, movements for rationalization and optimization of manufacturing and engineering projects.

Main responsibilities

Develop and carry out studies of methods, organization and manufacturing processes and/or engineering projects, analyzing production schedules, workload among other variables, according to established orientations and guidelines.Perform detailed studies of rationalization and optimization of production processes, following the development and implementation of new adaptations of methodologies, technologies, production operations and tasks.Control and analyze the performance of industrial processes by performing measurements, balances and tests in order to improve the performance of the equipment and increase the productivity and adaptation of the professionals, according to guidelines, work safety and environment.Participate in the development of new products and operational techniques that are important in the optimization of costs and equipment efficiency.Follow and technically subsidize projects and tests with new equipment, processes, operations, raw and auxiliary materials.Recommend changes in the organization and working methods, in the use of machines and simplification of operational phases, in order to reduce production costs and optimize the different stages of the process.

Who are we looking for?

Industrial Engineering or related degree.Minimum 5 years of experience in production processes, product characteristics, raw materials, equipment and machinery technologies.Advanced level of English.
