Process Engineer - Metrology
Job Description SummaryEngineering associated with the manufacturing process. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/ technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:Support site metrology prioritiesHelp to incorporate and proliferate metrology best practices and standardsDesign inspection programs for additive hardwareTransition programs to outside sourcesDevelop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.Coordinate with design engineers and manufacturing engineers in aligning additive drawing requirements with NDT technologies, inspection capabilities, and process capability.Ability to assess processes, take measurements, interpret data, and document resultsEffectively communicate project outcomes to senior leadershipParticipate in projects intended to design, run, test and upgrade systems and processesDevelop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve technology and processes related to additive inspection and NDT.Develop and audit process specific work instructions.Provide process documentation and operating instructions

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience)
