About the Role

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for the general and specific job duties as described below:

Your Responsibilities Support Departmental KOI goals to achieve business objectives related to uptime, part quality, mold change time and cycle time. Assist in the development of tools and other activities consistent with departmental expectations.  Continually strive to exceed goals. Lead cycle time reduction in conjunction with Molding APQP for cell layout. Implement and maintain a stable and repeatable molding process utilizing data collection, statistical analysis tools, team-based problem solving, documentation and communication of changes. Who we are looking for Experience processing plastics and setting tools is a must. Knowledge of automation systems and controls is preferred. Your preferred qualifications Associate’s Degree in a technical field of study required.  Ten years work related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.  Work experience combined with current schooling towards degree will be considered.
