Take the next step to become an integral part of our team by applying today and kickstart your journey with us. **SUMMARY** A Process Engineer supports process improvements, sustaining engineering, capital equipment specification and qualification and technical support for a specific manufacturing area(s) – related to bulk cable or assembly production. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** + Provides technical support and troubleshooting/ problem resolution to ensure cost, quality, delivery and safety targets are met. + Participates/lead continuous improvement projects related to manufacturing processes. + Performs engineering analysis, DOEs, trials to improve and optimize manufacturing processes. + Participates/Leads in Capital Equipment planning/procurement/design/Installation/Qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) + Supports Design Engineering with Process, Tooling, Sustaining engineering activities. + Process Monitoring and support of continuous improvement programs. + Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
