Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with teams to maintain safety, product quality/yield, and manufacturing effectiveness by resolving process challenges.
Assist in optimizing manufacturing processes to achieve sustainable improvements in cost and product performance through capital projects, statistical analysis, designed experiments, and procedural enhancements.
Support the resolution of customer technical/quality issues and contribute to the development of special products.
Participate in cross-functional teams to address problems, develop solutions, and launch new products effectively.
Conduct engineering studies to improve process capability and reduce variability.
Prepare and maintain documentation such as process flow diagrams, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
Provide technical support for the introduction of new equipment and technology upgrades.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Implement process control strategies to ensure consistency and quality in production.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for process deviations and quality issues.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Train and mentor production staff on new processes, procedures, and equipment.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for process operations.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned to support operational excellence.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
