Process Engineering Associate

In this role, you will:

Support process improvement initiatives, reviews, researches, compiles information, tests, and evaluates process and workflow dataPrepare process requirementsProvide operational and analytical support for Process EngineersAssist in identifying gaps and efficiency opportunitiesMake recommendations based on analysesProvide process updates with business partners, to ensure compliance with operative policies and regulationsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in financial institutionsKnowledge and understanding of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) disciplineKnowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) software such as iGrafxFacilitation skillsLEAN/Six Sigma certification or Wells Fargo business process management endorsementStrong analytical skill with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to support complex projects in a large enterprise environmentStrong interpersonal, influencing, and communications skills (oral & written) with an ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and the ability to effectively manage & build relationshipsExperience in current state process modeling, process re-engineering and future state workflow modelingStrong understanding of financial controls and risk managementExcellent analytical, problem solving, and root cause analysis skillsAbility to work effectively with leadership teams and multiple stakeholdersBPMN knowledge and working experience along with other Business Process Management software and tools such as PEGA, ORACLE, TIBCO or AsanaFamiliarization with Agile tools like JIRA, CA RallyKnowledge and expertise in risk management projectsExperience with enterprise capabilities & processes
