In this role, you will:
Primary responsibilities include:
Lead and manage a group of 10+ process engineers supporting assigned lines of business.Delivering and supporting a culture of continuous improvement within lines of business supported by a showcasing process improvement successes. Engage with Executive leaders to understand current priorities and partner on strategic initiatives and transformation activities. Establish clear accountability on your team to ensure appropriate coverage across assigned lines of business based on ROI.Develop and execute a multiyear transformation strategy supporting the full range of business products, data and operations available.Develop and nurture core competencies of engineering to ensure technical capabilities are built and that knowledge and experience are maintained.Provide guidance, oversight, and resources in various stages of the engineering project lifecycle from conceptual design, detailed design, specification, implementation, trouble-shooting and continuous improvement.
