You will support new product launches, as well as equipment, machinery, and technological upgrades. You will collaborate with and provide support to manufacturing and quality teams. Led by the Manufacturing & Distribution Manager, this opportunity suits someone who is detail oriented, with prior experience in a manufacturing environment.  Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here’s how:  Oversee and assess existing processes and workflows ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are up to date.Review line layouts and optimize productivity by designing, implementing, and tracking time studies.Partner with potential vendors to discuss new equipment Capex.Utilize AutoCAD, Navisworks, Point Cloud or similar program to develop plant/facility wide layout.Work with suppliers of new technologies to support implementation of innovative concepts and methods to produce our products.Develop equipment and tooling specifications, identify potential suppliers, prepare and release quote packages and make sourcing recommendations to management.Understand critical and significant characteristics of new products and develop error proof systems. Assist in developing root cause analysis.Partner with maintenance and production to improve line efficiencies.    We’re looking for: Diploma or Degree in Process, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
