Responsibilities The Opportunity Process Excellence Sr Analyst Leader that Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives and productivity projects for supply chain function, support/mentor continuous improvement team members. Communicates successful outcomes and promotes a culture of ongoing continuous improvement that drives the productivity savings Your Impact As Process Excellence Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Conduct and lead ideation sessions to identify areas for improvement. Lead projects to optimize processes. Lead continuous improvement kaizen workshops across supply chain function. Lead monthly project’s status update meeting with functional teams. Work with the IT team to ensure implementation of automation projects. Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders to ensure the initiatives are effectively implemented, ensuring value delivery. Report productivity savings to functional managers and directors. Work closely with global and local finance teams to validate the project value realization. Work with cross-functional teams to implement and share best practices, initiatives replication, and standardization across GBS. Drive root cause analysis and other continuous improvement tools to implementation support. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. Experience Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement and productivity projects. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time. Experience with Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt Certification is required) and other continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with automation technologies such as RPA, databases, dashboards, Power Apps, Power BI, etc. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with stakeholders. Advanced English. Power Apps and Power BI knowledge preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Results-oriented.
