You’ll make a difference by:

·       Create and maintain demand forecasts and inventory plans which involves below steps:

·       Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems for forecasting material needs and preventing production bottlenecks

·       Managing the complexities of just-in-time inventory systems

·       Implementing lean manufacturing principles

·       Invaluable for addressing discrepancies and logistical issues that inevitably arise in inventory management.

·       Oversee inventory across multiple warehouses and transportation channels

·       Ensure timely and accurate shipment and receipt of goods throughout the supply chain

·       Have a strong grasp of logistics operations, including warehouse management, transportation modes, and customs regulations for international shipments

·       Coordinate with various stakeholders, including purchasing and logistics teams, from warehouse staff to transportation providers, to maintain seamless inventory flow"

·       Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure stock availability

·       Monitor inventory levels and adjust orders to prevent stockouts or overstock situations

·       Collaborate with production, sales, and supply chain teams to align planning efforts

·       Focus: Demand planning, inventory management, supply chain coordination

·       The candidate’s core responsibility would be to provide outstanding service to the Siemens customer through calls and emails and converting PR to PO, RFx process, negotiation, delivery follow up, On time delivery of Materials.

·       Tracking and maintaining quick resolution time of Queries

·       Sensitive to customer queries and operational timelines

·       Collaboration with Operational team and Interact with different stake holders

Your success is grounded in:

·       2yr -4 years of experience into procurement/ SCM in a manufacturing environment.

·       Bachelors in degree in a related discipline – business, commercial, manufacturing or engineering degree.

·       Knowledge of Direct Material Purchasing.

·       Strong negotiation skills.

·       In depth knowledge of SAP and Oracle application for MM module

·       Good interpersonal communication, proactive, self-motivated and motivating, result oriented, good oral and written communication

·       Good understanding of commercial terms

·       US Shift timings – 9.00PM – 6.00AM
