Process Flow Project Manager

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Process Flow Project Manager in Acton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be tasked with streamlining the process for new store openings in the retail industry. You will be required to demonstrate strong project management fundamentals, the ability to translate complex projects into efficient workflows, and proficiency in using Wrike project management software.
Responsibilities:
• Streamline the process for new store openings by developing and implementing comprehensive project plans
• Utilize Wrike project management software to translate project plans, track progress, manage tasks, and facilitate collaboration
• Create and maintain detailed project plans for each new store opening, including the identification and documentation of all project dependencies and critical paths
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as construction, marketing, operations, and visual merchandising, to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Analyze project data using Excel to identify trends and generate reports, maintaining accurate project records and documentation within Wrike
• Continually analyze and improve project workflows and processes to increase efficiency and reduce project timelines
• Develop and maintain project checklists and standard operating procedures
• Utilize Gantt charts to visualize project timelines and dependencies. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Process Flow Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is mandatory.
• Must have hands-on experience with project management tools such as Wrike, monday.com, and Asana.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
