Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Process Improvement & Automation PM (IT Program Manager V) to join their team. As a Process Improvement & Automation PM, you will be part of the Operations team supporting various project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Process Improvement & Automation PM (IT Program Manager V)
**Location:** Charlotte, NC
**Pay Range:** $64.50 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage processes and improve methods and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
+ Identify and define new process improvement and automation opportunities, collaborating with development partners for implementation.
+ Conduct comprehensive data analysis and reconciliation within the financial institute's middle office or operations group.
+ Oversee project deliverables, managing timelines and reviewing status with project teams.
+ Translate business requirements into actionable insights for development teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
**What's Needed?**
+ A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in data analysis and reconciliation within a financial institution.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide ongoing results in a comprehensive manner.
+ Proficiency in SQL or equivalent for querying and analyzing data, along with experience in reporting packages.
+ Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
+ Experience working in a Technology group, with knowledge of Global Financial Crimes Technology being a plus.
