Process Improvement Consultant Senior - MarTech Adobe Workfront Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workfront / Process Innovation – Process Improvement Consultant, Senior team member to drive workflow process innovation within Marketing.

Position Summary: As a Process Improvement Consultant, Senior within the Marketing Operations team, you will be an expertise in Adobe Workfront and a strong focus on process innovation, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining marketing operations, improving workflows, and driving operational efficiencies through the effective use of marketing technologies. You will lead the implementation and optimization of Workfront and other marketing technology tools, ensuring the marketing team operates with maximum efficiency, creativity, and alignment with business goals.

You will be based in one of PNC’s primary locations: Pittsburgh, PA; Philadelphia, PA; District of Columbia; Atlanta, GA; or Cleveland, OH. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

Responsibilities:
1. Workfront Administration & Optimization:
o Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workfront, leading the configuration, customization, and continuous optimization of the platform to meet marketing needs.
o Manage user permissions, workflows, templates, and support 3rd party integrations with Workfront, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
o Provide ongoing support and training to team members on Workfront functionality and best practices.
o Troubleshoot issues related to Workfront and other integrated marketing tools.
o Perform general maintenance and updates of the Workfront solution
2. Product Management
o Manage end user & market research efforts to uncover customer pain points and integrate solutions into the product roadmap.
o Owns, develops, prioritizes and maintains, a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
o Articulate the product vision and strategy to all levels of the organization effectively.
o Work closely with Risk line of defense partners and stakeholders to mitigate risks and identify opportunities to implement and automate operational controls.
3. Process Innovation & Improvement:
o Challenge current marketing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign workflows, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations.
o Lead the adoption and integration of new marketing tools and technologies that drive process innovation and enhance marketing team performance.
o Act as a change agent, ensuring smooth implementation of new marketing processes and tools, and driving user adoption.
o Lead cross-departmental workshops and training sessions to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and best practices.
4. Project Management & Collaboration:
o Work closely with marketing, creative, and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of Workfront tool projects, from inception to completion.
o Manage timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure Workfront configuration and development projects are delivered on time and within scope.
o Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
o Act as the liaison between marketing and IT for technology-related projects, ensuring marketing's needs are fully understood and met.
5. Data & Reporting:
o Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to enable end users ability to track marketing project performance, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
o Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis to optimize marketing teams performance and process innovation efforts.
o Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Workfront and other marketing platforms.
6. Innovation Strategy:
o Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing technologies, process improvement methodologies, and industry trends, ensuring that the tool and marketing teams are up to date and equipped with the besttools and knowledge to excel.
o Drive and support culture of innovation within the marketing team (e.g. Workfront Acrobat Sign integration to automate e-signatures).

Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
o 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, technology, or process management roles.
o 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workfront system administration and optimization is essential.
o 5+ years of product management/ownership of software solutions
o Proven track record in process mapping, innovation and driving operational efficiencies.
o Demonstrated ability to identify and apply best practices for tool utilization and adoption
o Adobe Workfront Core Certification or other Adobe technologies is a plus.

Technical Skills:
o In-depth understanding of Adobe Workfront object types, including custom forms and approval workflows, templates, durations, work effort/planned hours.
o Expertise in configuring and customizing Workfront, including workflows, integrations, templates, and reporting. Familiarity with other marketing technologies (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM systems, digital asset management platforms) a plus
o Familiarity with native connectors and other Adobe Workfront products and services Strong data analysis skills with experience creating dashboards and reports.

Job DescriptionConsults with the Line of Business to evaluate and execute on an organization's complex operations or technology processes through the development of end-to-end solutions that optimize process efficiency, reduce processing time, and mitigate risks.Conducts complex business diagnostics to identify, quantify and prioritize value creation project. Cultivates and presents business case, implementation deliverables, cost-estimates, and cost-benefit analysis to influence senior leadership on process improvement opportunities that will assist in accomplishing business objectives in a more efficient manner.Uses comprehensive view of organizational processes to facilitates the redesign of complex, cross-functional projects. Understands and develops an end-to-end solution that encompasses all aspects that a process may touch including facets of operations and business systems.Leads efforts to improve the quality and/or minimize process cost. Utilizes data analysis and process modeling to craft appropriate solutions that meet business requirements. Executes on findings by preparing and presenting optimization efforts to governance committees for approval. Assess risks associated with current and proposed processes against business objectives and ensures alignments with the bank's and unit's risk appetite and risk management framework.Consults business partners to ensure that introduction of new process is smooth and effective, and sustains or improves quality of output. Mentors individuals and teams to build capabilities. Leverages strong relationships with the Line of Business to ensure continuous improvement after initial implementation.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $65,000.00 – $141,700.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
