Position Overview Process Improvement Intern – Summer 2025 We’re International. In this position you will have the opportunity to build the framework for a new process that will enable post production aftermarket parts considerations to be tracked as deliverables at the beginning of product development. About the Intern Program 12-week program with start dates on: May 12th or 19th, or June 2nd 40 hours per week Must graduate between December 2025 - May 2027 Responsibilities Process Mapping: Gather inputs from cross functional teams to build requirements. Data Analysis: Gather and format data. Prior experience building queries in SQL language is a plus. Reporting Development: Develop data into visual reporting through Power BI. Documentation and Presentation: Document new process’. Develop and deliver to leadership a completed project presentation Minimum Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B or F-1 status) Desired Skills Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Science/Analytics or Business Administration/Management. Minimum required cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale Be proficient in the Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI, to create detailed reports and compelling presentations. Strong communication and organizational skills Critical thinking and problem solving Previous internships or work experience is a plus Ability to work independently At least Sophomore standing for undergrad at the time of application Able to work at least 12 weeks (starting the end of May or early June through August) Previous applicable internships Self-starter Benefits and Compensation We provide a competitive total rewards package which ensures job satisfaction both on and off the job. The expected compensation hourly pay ranges for hires into our campus intern openings is $24 - $38/hour. The hourly pay rate is based on year in school and is non-negotiable.
