The Opportunity
The Senior Process Improvement Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and policy alignment within Nutanix Revenue Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving process improvements in software environments, leveraging analytical skills, and implementing scalable solutions. Based in Mexico, this role collaborates cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and oversee implementation efforts.
About the Team

You will report to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, who is focused on driving team performance while nurturing a culture of open communication and continuous improvement. The work setup is entirely remote, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility and work-life balance that comes with it, with no in-office days required. Furthermore, there is no travel requirement for this role, giving you the opportunity to maintain a consistent and comfortable work environment.
Your Role
Map, analyze, and document existing processes across departments.Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps in workflows.Develop actionable recommendations to streamline processes and improve compliance.Benchmark industry best practices to drive operational excellence.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on process changes.Monitor and report on the performance of implemented process improvements.Facilitate training sessions and develop process documentation for stakeholders.Support the team manager in prioritizing initiatives and managing resources.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.7+ years of experience in process improvement, preferably within a software company’s Revenue Operations team.Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable processes in software or SaaS environments.Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi Modeler).Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Proficiency in English business writing. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).Familiarity with software development processes and agile methodologies is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.Experience with Salesforce, including workflow automation and process optimization.Expertise in UiPath process mining, task mining, and communication mining tools.ITIL certification or experience with IT service management frameworks.Experience working with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software systems.
This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
