Position SummaryResponsible for activities related to process controls monitoring, systems implementation support and business support. Responsibilities may also include being assigned as a secondary process analyst for large process review initiatives.
Job Responsibilities Perform periodic metrics evaluation and controls monitoring Perform data analysis and trending to preempt potential problems and/or provide root cause for anomalies in the data Collaborate with business units to develop action plans to address process anomalies Facilitate cross-departmental workgroup sessions to support systems implementations or institutional business changes Review and verify single system workflows to support systems implementations or institutional business changes Assist in change management communications drafting to support business needs Provide business support for reviewing operational efficiencies, developing standard operating procedures and workflow mapping of current state Aid business units with developing key reporting metrics that can measure enhanced performance and productivity value. Assist with mining, collating, and integrating various stakeholder inputs and supporting data sets to identify, interpret, and analyze patterns and trends using traditional and predictive analytics. Education Bachelor's Degree in related field Experience1-2 years related experience in analytics, controls monitoring, work flow analysis, and supporting info technology.
