**Roles and Responsibilities:** + Oversee daily operations, personnel matters and logistics of the organization + Review and prepare materials for executive leadership, C-Suite and Management Board audiences + Manage regulatory requirements & audit point deliverables while managing ad-hoc and periodic reporting across the organization + Examine internal operations and identify areas of improvement + Evaluate organization's performance by analyzing and interpreting organizational data and metrics + Implement business strategies and plans in alignment with enterprise vision and goals + Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with key partners & stakeholders to help shape agenda + Create, manage and review/update monthly headcount and cost center information and resource management, including organizational charts, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and expense related systems and approval processes **Must have Skills:** + Ability to analyze large amounts of data (budgets/ trends/ optimizations) + Ability to analyze business processes to make improvements + Knowledge of PowerBI (data visualization and graphs/ take excel data and create dashboards), + JIRA (board to track work and demand management; dashboards) + SharePoint (document management) + Understanding of organization metrics (KPIs) **Flex Skills:** + Confluence (example: Decision Logs) + Cost Benefit analysis + Project management experience **Soft Skills:** + Analytical & Critical Thinking + Strong leadership skills + Good intrapersonal and problem-solving skills + Good verbal & written communication skills + Good organizational skills **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
