**About the role:**
CBRE are actively seeking a **Process Improvement Specialist** located in **Toronto, Ontario** whose main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Perform analytical studies (e.g., maintenance/operational costs/ etc.) including descriptive reporting;
+ Predictive analysis / Process engineering of HVAC operations to improve effectiveness of service to clients;
+ Troubleshoot HVAC issues in conjunction with operations department providing a theoretical approach to situations;
+ Work alongside unionized staff in a leadership capacity;
+ Perform Root Cause Analysis investigations to remediate problems from the source;
+ Liaise between various service providers to ensure standard of care is maintained for clients;
+ Spearhead the Energy Smart Operations initiatives and the associated metrics;
+ Building automation programming and efficiency enhancements;
+ Progress the “5 Year Plan” along from a technical, innovation, procedural, and documentation standpoint;
+ Assist new property start-ups using technical knowledge such a creating Standard Operation Procedures;
+ Analyzes ACML performance relative to KPI’s and assist Operations department to achieve targets;
+ Performs other projects and duties as assigned.
**What you’ll need**
+ Our ideal candidate will have experience in a coordinator capacity (preferably in facilities management and/or commercial real estate);
+ Post-secondary education (or equivalent combination of education and experience), preferably in engineering;
+ Intermediate level working knowledge of MS Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
+ Experience in data aggregation and analysis (e.g. Power BI, entry level SQL, etc.)
+ Fundamental knowledge of visual programming and Python language;
+ Proven analytical capabilities with demonstrated attention to detail;
+ Strong written/verbal English communication skills; ability to communicate complex information in a clear/concise manner, particularly in client facing situations;
+ Self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision;
+ Strong organizational skills; able to cope with multiple priorities and changing business needs to deliver successful results within agreed upon timeframes;
+ Ability to learn quickly and rapidly adapt to changing situations;
+ Ability to influence others without formal authority;
+ Ability to resolve problems through analysis, assessment and use of facts and sound reasoning;
+ Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated tact, diplomacy and professionalism.
