Process Improvement Specialist Early Career Development Program (Embark)
Cardinal Health’s Embark Program is an entry-level professional development and capability building program. Through a robust career readiness journey, we prepare participants with the skills to navigate the organization and build connections while providing challenging assignments that aid in growing and owning your career path. The program is geared towards recent college graduates interested in the healthcare industry that are searching for a rewarding career. **Location:** Portland, Oregon **Start Date:** June 30, 2025 **What the Process Improvement Specialist contributes to Cardinal Health** Participants identify and execute against performance improvement opportunities, enabling successful transformations across the enterprise, and using contemporary process improvement techniques while building people capabilities. They can be responsible for consulting with internal or external customers and suppliers to assess current business performance, develop recommendations, and implement process improvements utilizing contemporary improvement tools.
