Define and enhance standard processes for managing centerlines (CL) and rapid changeovers (RCO), ensuring effective execution Collaborate with production planners to optimize production schedules and manage grade changes Analyze quality and production variance data, developing action plans to address and resolve issues Train and coach operators on best practices for CL and RCO to improve efficiency and consistency Support Continuous Improvement (CI) Pillar, Autonomous Asset Management Pillar, and Quality Pillar initiatives Drive refinement of quality and safety processes to ensure compliance and improve performance

Minimum of three (3) years of project leadership experience with strong problem-solving abilities Proven experience in leading, coaching and mentoring teams Engineering background (preferably chemical or mechanical) Expertise in Lean Production System principles and detail-oriented work Excellent communication, follow-up and interpersonal skills Adaptable, autonomous and skilled to navigate complex situations
