Process Lead
The mission of this role is to drive process control excellence, optimize production performance, and ensure continuous improvement. This includes achieving production targets, enhancing efficiency, and maintaining quality standards. The role leads problem-solving, supports new initiatives, and fosters team development in IWS standards and methodologies.
Position:
As Centerline and changeover Daily Management Systems owner, you will participates and contribute to line Daily Direction Settings on process related aspects. You will control the results to confirm the effectiveness of identified actions. You will act as owner for identification and elimination of losses through root cause problem solving. Together with the rest of Cell Team you will develop short-term (24-hour) and mid-term (<90 days) action plans to improve process control and eliminate machine stops. You will set priorities of the team and participate in key planned activities. You will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving the effectiveness of assigned Daily Management Systems. You will coach and train operating teams in technical aspects of equipment, in line with Integrated Work Systems (IWS) principles, ensuring IWS methodology is in place, and properly executed to achieve the operational objectives of the assigned Cell. You will control the use of SAP / EAM system and carry out activities at the right time.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or Production Management 1+ year of professional experience in similar position Excellent English and Swedish fluently written and spoken PC literacy (MS Office) Knowledge of production technologies, standards of factory and data-driven improvement programs, Lean Manufacturing (KAIZEN, TPM, TQP, JIT), ISO/EHS Knowledge of IWS principles and routine Advanced analytical skills
