If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.** **PROCESS LEAD - CLEAN ROOM OPERATIONS** **PROCESS LEAD - CLEAN ROOM OPERATIONS - Daylight (D2) shift** **PURPOSE** The Process Lead is responsible for leading cluster personnel in the clean room environment, ensuring that all production steps and associated documentation are performed in compliance with industry regulations and internal standards. **KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + _Production Leadership:_ Oversee each production line's contribution to monthly production goals by effectively managing daily objectives and performance metrics; + _Training and Development_ : Enhance shift capabilities and flexibility through comprehensive training programs for team members. **PSS RESPONSIBILITY** + _Standard Implementation:_ Assist in the implementation of operational standards and collaborate closely with the Line Leader Team; + _Operational Bridge:_ Serve as a liaison between operational execution and the strategic direction set by the Line Leader Team; + _Heart Model Mission:_ Embrace the heart model mission by understanding base conditions, identifying and solving problems, simplifying processes, and establishing effective working standards; monitor execution, assess performance, and analyze losses. **TEAMWORK AND COMMUNICATION** + _Servant Leadership:_ Foster a culture of effective communication, transparency, and teamwork by collaborating with cross-functional staff across all shifts; + _Team Development:_ Actively work to develop the potential of team members through mentorship and support. **QUALITY AND DATA INTEGRITY** + _KPI Achievement:_ Ensure that defined plant quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met consistently; + _Quality Training:_ Enhance the understanding and response to quality challenges through targeted training initiatives; + _NCR Review:_ Review and analyze knowledge gained from shift-level Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) with the production team to drive continuous improvement. **SAFE PRACTICES** + _Safety Culture Promotion_ : Support and enhance the plant's safety culture, including 5S and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) programs; + _Incident Rate Management_ : Achieve Recordable Incident Rate targets by emphasizing safety protocols and reviewing shift-level trends and expectations daily. **WHO YOU ARE** Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following attributes: **Required Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED; + At least 1 year of leadership experience; + Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and make informed decisions; + Strong commitment to meeting customer needs and expectations; + Advanced problem-solving skills with a focus on addressing complex challenges; + Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations; + Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively; + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across departments; + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software (e.g., SAP systems). **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Associate degree in a related field; + 3 or more years of relevant experience in medical device assembly, mechanical assembly, or electro-mechanical assembly; + Over 1 year of experience in quality control; + Over 1 year of experience in production planning or inventory control; + Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. **YOUR APPLICATION** Bayer offers a wide variety of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
