The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Leader - Observability to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in observability practices, including monitoring, logging, and tracing, as well as a strong understanding of security processes. As a Process Leader - Observability, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and secure operation of our observability infrastructure, optimizing performance, and supporting our teams in implementing observability best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage observability solutions to meet the organization's needs.

Monitor and maintain observability infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to support the implementation of observability best practices.

Develop and implement observability governance policies and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to observability infrastructure and services.

Stay up-to-date with the latest observability technologies and trends to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Provide training and support to internal teams on observability-related topics.

Assist in checking and improving security processes related to observability.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in observability practices, with a focus on monitoring, logging, and tracing.

Strong understanding of security processes and best practices.

Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

At least 3 years of experience in a related role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications in observability or security (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Certified Information Systems Security Professional).

Experience with cloud-based observability solutions.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Familiarity with security best practices in observability environments
