Available Shift

1st shift: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Mon-Thursday) Overtime 2 or 3 Fridays a month - either a 3-day weekend or 10 hours of OT

Join S&C as a Process Maintenance Technician!

As a Process Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

Knowledge 

Excellent knowledge and understanding of required safety and environmental practices and procedures Works productively and effectively in a team environment and within Cross-Department activities  Has a broad and thorough understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, PLC ladder logic,chemical schematics, as well as other available machine tool                      Understands complex mechanical assembly drawings and the use of mathematics, engineering formulas and other engineering data/calculations used to implement functional problem resolutions/solution Has a thorough knowledge of HedRich and Vogal production equipment operation, maintenance and support

Proficiency:

Successfully meets safety, productivity, and quality expectations for all regularly performed work Demonstrate the ability to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve for major equipment/system issue Takes lead on troubleshooting, problem solving, repairs & project work for assigned equipment/systems Successfully completes all required PM tasks as required to maintain defined reliability targets Demonstrates excellent flexibility and resourcefulness on assignments, with customer centered execution Accepts and completes any task requested by leadership, including any task not connected to this work element                 

Quality:

Ability to recognize equipmemt or tooling defects that may affect product run Ability to inspect fittings and water lines for wear that may affect product run  Performs the work in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications Performs the work in accordance with engineering drawings Performs the work in accordance with all applicable codes and standards

Equipment & Tools:

Multimeter, thermal probe, Vacuum gauge  Forklift, man lift certification if required Various hand tools and power tools  Personnel and burden carriers Overhead cranes and lifting/rigging devices
