Process Management Analyst - Product Lifecycle

Position Details:

As Process Management Analyst, you will complete the day-to-day activities on the Product Lifecycle and Maintenance team. You will determine and coordinate the notification of departments when information (e.g. data, copy, product images, search terms) needs to change in our system. You will focus on facilitating data quality and customer experience improvements through improved product information management. You will report to the Supervisor, Product Lifecycle.
 

You Will:

Facilitate and execute product lifecycle and maintenance processes

Collect, document, classify, and react to internal and external feedback; and determine if feedback needs to be escalated

Classify feedback and initiating resolution process, maintaining and executing product maintenance processes, and executing projects within given deadlines.

Partner with MSM departments for multiple information change activities, including submitting and addressing feedback

Understand the downstream impacts of maintenance and how teams interact to complete the work

Provide insightful department reports on a weekly and quarterly basis

Become a subject matter expert on JIRA, the work management platform; and train other team members when needed
 

You Have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

1+ years previous Merchandising, eCommerce, product lifecycle or relevant experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, JIRA, PowerBI, SQL, and Google Applications (or other comparable systems).
